Where did Warakia come from? He's not from Tsukihime, so was he an original character in Melty Blood? Or is he from Kagetsu Tohya? I wish Byakko were still here.

Wallachia is one of the 27 Dead Apostles Ancestors, like Nrvnqsr, Altrouge Brunestud, Primate Murder, ORT, Zelretch etc. Real name Zepia Eltnam Oberon.
He's not in Tsukihime (nor in Kagetsu Tōya) but is part of the Nasuverse, and Type-Moon had French Bred put him in Melty Blood. He's still perfectly "legit" as a character from Type-Moon's universe, just like Sion.
Sion Eltnam Atlasia, granddaughter of Wallachia from before his researches turned him into what he is (vampiric phenomenon), was designed by French Bread, Type-Moon liked the idea and ditched Reeze Baife who was meant to be the main heroine in MB. Reeze still here as Sion's deceased friend that appears in Vampire Sion's Last Arc. Reeze also seems to be the same as Mother Reeze Baife, head of the Asagami girl school, where Azaka and Fujino go in Kara no Kyōkai.

Yeah, but futurama never made a reference to the simpsons. In one couch gag, the simpsons arrive to the couch via the transport tubes, and fry comes out for a brief moment.

Wallachia's name is taken after a region where the original Dracula was from. He took that name because it's the first form he took as a vampiric phenomenon, Dracula. That's official Type-Moon info, and the Warakia one is just Type-Moon speaking Engrish like a cow - they're well known for that. Note that MirrorMoon is taking the "Walachia" spelling (which is just as much official [real world official I mean] as Wallachia as the place name) Also note his full name is Wallachia no Yoru, Night of Wallachia.
