First, give that sound a channel; something unique and greater than 0, like 5 or 4.

In the State -2, you could add something like this:

Code:
[State -2]
type = StopSnd
trigger1 = stateno != xxxx ; the stateno of your move
channel = # ; the channel you set earlier
ignorehitpause = 1

Yeah I am trying that. I don't really know if it worked because I would have to wait for Jotaro to be interrupted which is completely random. Sometimes it doesn't happen at all for a couple of games and another time you would get that shit for 3 matches in a row...

I guess I'll wait a few days after playing for a decent amount of times and if that sound doesn't loop anymore, I'll consider the problem solved.

Cheers for the answers guys.

How to fix looping sound problem ?

Jotaro has a sound problem,

When star platinum does his famous attack throwing hundreds of punches, and yells "ora ora ora ora..." if the opponent hits him before he finishes (thus throws the last punch) then the sound of "ora ora ora" will keep on playing forever which is obviously very annoying.

The only time it would stop would be when he does that attack again, and is successful at finishing this attack wihtout being interrupted

How can I fix it ?

Took me 6 hours to get to this... fuckin so annoying lol.

It's optimized so that you don't need to use trans.

EDIT (transparent version):

Sort of failed attempt as well on another:

Need help with SWF files rip

Hey

So I have this file (and many others... hence why I need a solution for this problem lol):
http://www.fastswf.com/VmLbeqE

I wanted to extract each frame of that animation, and convert them into png. The problem is that damn light grey colored background. But since it's a SWF, the background is luckily on a separate layer.

I found 2 options:

1) Getting a "swf to gif / image sequence" converter.
Problem --> It keeps the grey background so the image sequence is useless

2) Getting a SWF ripper that extracts all the content of the animation

Problem --> Althought this allows to access the raw frames (without the grey background) The extracted frames are in SWF and are not organised in order or even in position. So putting them together is a big mess.

3) That's a POTENTIAL option: getting all the files extracted from Solution 2), delete the grey background (which is a standalone file), then recompile all this to obtain the exact same animation with the background taken off.
Problem --> I dunno how to recompile all this to make a new SWF file (what allows the frames to be organised in order and position is the text files, which need to be compiled as well etc)
----

I can turn this animation into a gif and use photoshop to take the grey background out manually but it doesn't come ou clean at all because the smoke is already grey so that doesn't help.
I want these raw frames lol

Anybody has exprience with this issue ?

     Posted: May 03, 2015, 05:20:28 am
Holy shit I just solved my own problem and learnt something new  ;D

I found a tool on Paint shop pro 7 to extract the background in a clean way - It's called PNG optimizer.

Leaving that answer for other user

Here is the deal

Originally, the author named "Y.Y" made a Jotaro 4th ("Diamond is Unbreakable" version)
That character had a few palette issues.

I have been working for awhile on my own version of this Jotaro 4th but never changed the palette issues (don't know how).

Now I just realised some guy here (I think it's "Demonk@i" or something like that ), released a palette patch by rebuilding the SFF of this jotaro 4th.
I tried to swap my own version's sff by his, but as you can imagine, the colors got pretty fucked up

So my question is, how do I apply demonk@i's palette to my own edit ?
