Ater some feedback it was apparant some things needed to be fixed
Here are these fixes
-Removed "pointless" portrait on intro and ending
-Fixed velsets for moves
-Tweaked Ai
-Added swoosh noises
-Improved move list
-Added hit sounds
-Added more effects on the super move
-Slightly chnaged some animations and animation times

Its better than the first. :2thumbsup:
*Heel Turn*
:evilgrin:
DBZ Aura = No.
Light Punch arm is still miss aligned.
Swoosh sounds are bad and they play too early.
His Voice is loud, You can barely hare the hitsounds.
The Spinning Wheel Kick looks wrong he should go alittle further and the he falls is weird.
The Eighth gate of hell/avenger is just LOL it feels really weak and the hyper BG is wrong you can see where it ends.
He has no get up from knock down animation.
Heel Kick still cancels into its self.
DoubleChamberPunch cancels into its self, and you can do it up to 4 times in the corner does alot of damage.
Spin wheel kick cancels into its self. >_<
The Double Kick is too fast.
Its better than the 1st but still needs some work.
And you also missing the power mode thing.. ;)

can u help me to stop this cancelling i tried to make the final anim longer but i done know what to do
The other things i should be able to fix except no get up from knock down= i am shit at editing sprites lol

as for the power mode do u basically mean the power up move which i have- but then increased strength for a cetain amount of time and glowing hands, if so i might just do that ;)

Fixed it was a typo...
The Powermode increases his damage and hes faster.
Or atleast that is how it is in NxC.
To fix canceling i think you add ctrl to the command?..

i know nothing about nxc expect its a very long strategy game, i might do it how it is in tekken , not sure yet
95% of everything else i will fix as for the swoosh sounds - they are the actual tekken swoosh sounds
i will increase volume of hitsounds and decrease some of his words
damm now i need more fx for the avenger move lol
ill try to fix the cancelling thing as well
as for the get up from liedown animation i could just use a crouch, i thought i already did other than that i cant do much about that

I think your audio for the character is a wee bit too loud. >:D
This is the first Tekken character I've seen in mugen.

Can't, you know, get a special program to rip the swoosh sounds from the original Tekken 3 along with some of the voices? Win sound not included in this procedure. Pass the scalpel.

Well, I've played NXC before and hes missing some moves but other that.
Hes looking pretty good, best NXC character I've seen so far.
