Title: HD broken

Damn
Hi friends, the HD of my pc is now BROKEN  :disappointed:
I lost many things, like mugen stuff and personal material.
I made a great backup before this happened, but unfortunately I did not save out of my pc and lost all at once
Can I get back any part of my stuff? I know some things I have saved on dvd, but on my HD had more.
I need to see a light at the end of the tunnel!  :bigcry:

i forgot the process i did when that happened to me but look into using Ubuntu to recover your files.

There are other recovery programs but they require another hardrive to install onto.
