Title: Megaman Robot Master Mayhem Full Game Release

On behalf of Myself, The Robot Master Mayhem Team, and Infinity, I'm proud to Present The First Release of Megaman Robot Master Mayhem.
This project has been developed over the last Ten Years.  This is the first full game release from the Robot Master Mayhem Team.
The on screen starting roster consists of 14 fighters.  Take control of your favorite Megaman characters to stop the Evil Dr. Wily from conquering the Earth.

Thank you to everyone out there that followed our progress over the course of the project to this point. 
Thank you for your continued interest and support, it's what drives us to create new and fun content.

I guess we should be flattered that everyone wants to un molebox the game this quickly.
I have released a un molboxed version of Megaman Robot Mater Mayhem.

If you are going to report any bugs please report them from a un modified version of the game so it will be easier for us to fix.
If you'd like to help the project and fix any bugs I'd be happy to work with you.
The quicker we can identify and fix bugs the quicker I can upload a new Official Version of Megaman Robot Master Mayhem for everyone to enjoy.

I guess moleboxing still have its perks I guess. Either way, I am having a blast with this game. Hopefully I can help find bugs and stuff because I am still hanging with the family and stuff.

Man, it's good to see that a project of this lenght finally got a steady shape. Congratulations to everyone, I couldn't avoid a smile after seeing the credits roll :)

I'm glad things are still happening over at Infinitymugenteam because I thought that site was dying but it's cool to see such a great new release. I see this has a co-op arcade mode and that will be fun to play through with a buddy especially after some beers. Thanks for the hard work.  :bravo:

BUT! :/
You gotta fix burst man. He's glitching all over the place. The bubble super sometimes makes him stand in the air.
When he throws his ball that happens too. He even went through the ground when he threw a ball mid-air.
This was within 10 minutes of gameplay with burst man.

PS this the soundtrack ROCKS!

Thats really strange, since I never faced it. I will investigate that.

I've terrible busy in my RL but I am working on my characters whenever I can (which is rare, lol).
One of the things I am making is fixing all the reported issues in RMM project, plus changing / creating new stuff.

There will be one new boss in RMM, but I won't spoil the surprise :) I can garantee it's someone which was't expected.

Plus, I've playing with Wood Man a bit. Now he has an AI, but different from the other chars - He is not that offensive, been more a close combat character. But once you get close, you will have trouble.

On the video, you can see some new effects and his 3 new throws: Grab punch, Back Breaker and Giant Swing (command throw).



I don't have a date of when RMM will be ready again, but It will be asap.

This is hands down one of my favorite things and I am so glad to finally see it release.

I remember almost ten years ago, back when I was somewhat active on IMT as Hypnotize, being so enthusiastic and inspired by RMM, I was willing to sacrifice any and all free time I had to make a character because I wanted to contribute to something I loved (it was Searchman, but I also had plans for Flashman and some other RMs I liked). Unfortunately I had no idea how daunting spriting could be, and of course I couldn't code back then.

Fast forward to today and the game finally sees a formal release. And it's a great start, the characters are fun and zany and it has so much potential. @laspacho and @O Ilu, the GOAT, have done so much to get this off the ground and I am nothing but thankful for your work. I hope to see this improve as the year goes on. Much love.

(Hoping for Bass soon tbh)

Hey, hello! We'd like to have Bass on the next release (2.0), since we already have his sprites. We don't have a date for that, though, since we're taking it easier now (the last deadline burned us out) and we plan on releasing a 1.1 version first with bug fixes and whatnot.

(Don't you by any chance still have those Searchman sprites, by the way?)

Hey Magma. I had forgotten your involvement in the project, so thank you as well (and everyone else too of course).

Unfortunately I don't have the .bmps for those sprites anymore. I barely had ANYTHING to be honest aside from a stance and a walk anim. Maybe in another life I can do an entire spritesheet.

Found a major problem in crashmans files when I tried him, The .snd file wouldn't load do to some bad wave coding, I have fixed the problem though, and I didn't add to anything that didn't exist before.
What did I do exactly? take an old Crashman.snd from version 1.0 or so of the project and modified it with all the bells and whistles from the update, using fighter factory classic, even still, the file was not taking what I had did. The sounds that were bad in the file were... at cordenate 858,0 threw 2 and 11,4. I fixed the 858 wave sectors threw VLC's conversion of wave files and for the other sound file, I snatched the wave file from airman's, don't worry I listened to all the sounds before grabbing what I wanted.
After testing everything, all wave forms are workable now, Grab this fixed sound file and just apply it to the sounds folder of crashman's folder.
For whomever is working on the coding of the sounds, Please add this in place of the one in crashman's directory of the RMM2.0 folder, thank you in advance, and a Link will be provided below. Just download from there and You are set.

Here is a preview of something I've been working since last year - the new effects for the project Mega Man - Robot Master Mayhem.



No more too bright effects and heavy SFF - now we are back to the roots of MVC1, with other different games on the mix. I've been gathering and testing new effects and I liked the result.

Also, some hypers on Axl were changed, to give him more dramatic feeling.

The next version will be released in December 2019. Are you ready?

Do you think there could be an option to turn off the white flashes during the supers perhaps?
Edit: I think it looks like an overall improvement over how it used to look but the white flashes are kinda intense to me.

Hum I don't think so, because the white flashes arent't done by code but included on the hitsparks (its way easier to handle this way), so I can't add an option to remove them.

They work kinda like in MVC1, with a delay of 1 centisecond. (in MVC, they are included even on special moves, but I think its too much). Some moves would make them appear more than others.

Wait, you gave me an idea. Since I use two hitsparks randomly, I could remove the white flash from one of them, so it would decrease the amount of flashes on the screen to 50%.
