This is hard.
Beginning. Something. If Loona was always blocking everything, which he wasn't, it's the opposite with me. Fuck Never Change A Running System. I would constantly be trying to change things. Further alienation up ahead and depending on how long and how far I'd go, I would attempt to make Guild into something that's not Guild. I have too many obviously crazy quotes. Err. Ideas.
Somewhere down the line I would either have freaked out just about everybody, turning Guild into an unhealthy one-man-show or would give frustrately up pushing into this or that direction against all the resistance, leaving Guild behind with a bunch of crappy half pushed-through, half-blocked changes.
Maybe you remember me whining about how Guild was a bunch of squabling idiots endlessly bickering over this and that and so on? There's still a lot I would do differently and I could probably not stand being an Administrator with the theoreticals powers to mess with this and that for only so long without using them or turning away frustratedly.
So I thought I'd spare you and me a little trouble and leave this position beforehand. ;p Maybe there ought to be someone occupying it who can identify more with Guild and is a little less bend on turning everything upside down. Who that'll be probably shouldn't be left for me to say since I might lean to somebody who could do very much the same . . . and really, who would want someone like BlackJack as Administrator? He'd probably post more than he already does and that can't possibly be healthy, neither for him nor the Forum.
I have been thinking about what to do for some three months now (although this decision did only come to me three days ago) and believe this might be a relatively safe point where I can step away without everything falling right apart. Of course, that will then depend largely on you few. I would be just as unhappy administrating Random Select or TDS' Forum, so don't think too much about that. I would probably have to start my own Forum (which I don't at all feel like doing, worry not).
Post stop. <= This is hard, too, once you've started. XD I guess if all goes planned and I don'T change my mind or have it changed, I'll be Admin for another few days or so. Doesn't mean you should lean back and only reply four days from now if you intend to say anything regarding this at all. Obviously. Blargh.

I say we re-strucure this forums hierarchy (sup congress?), and have several heads :
People whose vote counts to final decisions on any policy, democratically speaking.
I vote the Guild elders:
Valodim, Loona, BJ, Winane, Byakko (XG?) <- these votes would be required for any motion to pass
(Val's vote would count double and everyone else's normally). Half + 1 policy would be the way to go. All staff + Special Members' votes would be optional. In this congress-like structure, Sepp wouldn't have to play a central role but still could participate ;)

Easy, hold the situation until mid June (when I'll finish my graduation project) and make me admin.
I'll do some changes that would please both leechers and elitist members of the community. I don't want to comment much about my plans at this moment, as I'll get back to them later.
P.S: For your information, I won't turn MFG into another DEV. You don't need to worry about this.

Surely I can't be the only one curious about this, it being the sort of thing that helps with major decisions like this and all...

Sorry to force you to state it, but that paragraph holds the truth for one of the Cons I'd see in him. Also, I see it as something very unlikely to happen :-X .
