I tested him out abit:
- Ex Reppuken does a one hit property such as a single hit and guard sound instead of two hit's
- Ex Kaiser Wave have the same damage value as normal Kaiser Wave
- Ex Dark Smasher on guard sound is Strong Punch's attack sound

when will this personal crises ends? it just won't stop!

Can't cancel into special moves from HP and HK.
If you cancel a genocide cutter's first hit into a super the entire Genocide Cutter effect still plays.
Also two questions. One is the third hit of bead's destructor meant to not be super cancellable?
Two Is there a reason Max Genocide Heaven doesn't do that much damage compared to his other max supers?

What we have so far is swell, but...
1. I feel as if the MAX Destruction Omega's damage is a little too close to Level 3s'.
2. The fact that there is still a purple skull in the red Orochi Pillar is strange.
3. The lack of AI just makes the character empty IMHO.

This character really does feel nice. Great Job! Though it still might need fixing:

- Weird damage numbers
   Asides from damage is a multiple of 7
   - Lower standing light damages (Bring it to 21 or 28)
   - Lower standing medium damages. It's too close to heavies (-7 to -14 to each)
   - s.HP does the same damage as his mediums (Increase the damage?)
   - Close HP and HK are super cancellable but not special cancellable?
   - c.HP is cancellable (Personal choice? It's not in CvS2)
   - Lvl 3 does too much damage (Damage is usually around 420)
- Scorpion Blow has no throw sound (Unless it's like that in CvS2)
- It feels too daunting to throw normals out due to the disadvantage they have as it's long enough to be punished on hit. I noticed that the "hit" times looked odd.

Adjust the "hit" times:

Great release, being tracking this one for a while and was well worth the wait. The only issue I found was that the super text and bg for level 1 Gigantic Pressure doesn't appear when finishing the opponent off. It does for the level 2, but not the level 1. Will post again if I see anything else.
I will still do detail and aesthetic feedback for the rest.

No. the second hit is super cancellable.

Yeah i noticed it was WAY too high. Fixed

Honestly, i think the purple skull in the red pillar is cool as shit, but i can change it to a red one.

Rugal is a heavy hitter in CVS2. He's made to hit for big damage, but i can tweak the damage some.

c.HP is cancellable (Personal choice? It's not in CvS2)

I Know, But it's accurate to CVS2. Rugal was a very unsafe character to play as. The On hit/ On block values are Straight from the CVS2 Bible/Shoryuken Wiki.

Always happy to have more Rugality in Mugen :V Still a few kinks to work out that I noticed, some just things I found weird preferentially:

- Beads Destructor's animation is too fast. It should be the same speed as the heavy or EX versions, imo.
   - On the note of Beads Destructor, you can only super-cancel on it's first hit, not the second.
      - Another note, the opponent can block if you cancel Beads into either version of Destruction Omega.
- Both versions of Destruction Omega, MAX Gigantic Pressure and Rugal Execution are all missing whiff sounds.
- Kind of a nitpicky, personal preference thing, but I feel like both versions of Destruction Omega should KO on the last hit of his Genocide Cutters, rather than the first.

If it's based on actual frame data I guess it's fine.

Fixed. I hanged it so now it is in between the 3rd hit and the last 2 frames of the move.

-Special/Super cancels are accurate to CVS2. so Standing mp cant special cancel but it can super cancel. while crouching hp cant cancel into anything

- The command for Dark Barrier is wrong, it should be a quarter-circle rather than a half-circle.

Its a 5 frame gap from when the move hits till it reaches the last 2 frames of the move. it says how to super cancel from Beads destructor in the readme.

its not a 1.1 thing. there was a time trigger on the move to prevent him from holding on to the opponent for long periods of time if you were using a REALLY long stage. i can remove it to so that wont happen anymore

2. The Genocide Cutter finish to the MAX Omega Destruction now seems choppy and very KOF-esque.
3. I still am disappointed by the lack of any sort of AI, because Normal Rugal is essentially a sub-boss in the KOF series. I could slap one together if you're interested.
4. "God Rugal will have the wall bounce as it seems more fitting for him." Does this mean you plan on adding a God mode?

If you want i can make an easy CMD.
and the command file is kind of a mess to navigate through...
Its organized quite well. Its the EXPLODSIVE buffering system that makes it seem difficult to navigate through the CMD.
Also, canceling HP to Reppuken doesn't combo when it should.
It doesn't combo in CVS2.

Keyboard, I admittedly can't play traditional fighters on controller lol. That's not a problem though, I can pull off half-circles on other characters without too much of an issue.

Does your keyboard allow more than three keys pressed at the same time?  Mine cannot, but I can pull them off decently enough.

In certain cases it can and can't, I dunno how that works... But the half-circles are definitely harder to pull off on this Rugal compared to most other characters in my mugen with half-circle moves.

It's most likely the EXPLODsive Buffering System as it is Different compared to mugens default command system.

I Forgot to put it in the readme as it is considered a Grab Super. Added info in the readme

Oh, yeah, you have a duplicate pal on LK and start+ one of the punches I think it was. Its an easy fix but I might as well report it.

Not sure if it's the character or patch for Froz's Vega/M.Bison, but he's just in his normal stance while Rugal's intro is playing. I thought Vega would be in his cape and throws it away after Rugal's intro finishes instead of standing there doing nothing.
I will still do detail and aesthetic feedback for the rest.

Also some very minor feedback on the new update because I forgot to post it a few days ago:
-The EX Beads Destructor has the woosh sounds, but not the weak, medium, and heavy versions.
-The Y axis of the character portrait needs to be down one more px since it's doesn't fully fit 120 x 140.
I will still do detail and aesthetic feedback for the rest.

The 1st hit of Beads Destructor on an airborne opponent feels funny.
One of two things happen on hit:
- They get launched up where they can block the 3rd hit
- They get launched just far enough for the rest of the move to whiff
The move works okay on block.

One more tiny issue with Rugal Execution. After sometime of testing, I see that a few times, he'll add one more hit in, making the count from the supposed 17 (which I thought was a good amount of hits) to 18. It rarely happens, and I'm not sure if it was because of my update, but to be sure it never happens, I just pulled a Rick moment.

I just changed the 128, to a 127. I only did it for the VarAdd, HitAdd, and TargetLifeAdd because the rest looked good to me. :)

-adjusting the air velocities and adding an air.fall trigger should fix that. i will get on that right away.

I activated another character's super while his shield was out and during the super pause this happened.
Also his EX shield moves even during super pause.

I fixed the pause for the EX shield but the random clone has me stumped. i will look more into this tomorrow. thanks for the feedback.

hey i checked your rugal barrier. seems my rugal and yours has the same problem when reflecting back projectiles. sometimes it reflects and sometimes it just absorb the projectile

 I use helper that has both blue and red CLNs that possess a reversaldef and a hitoverride for projectile reflectors. My method is a little complicated, but it helper reflects by sending them back with their exact animation and velocities while also covering projectile SCTRLs with a generic reflected projectile since those cannot be custom stated. The only flaw it has is that if the helper projectile use an explod for its graphical effect, the reflected projectile will be invisible, and if the helper projectile doesn't use velsets/veladds, it will have a set velocity instead.

 It's probably easier if I post the code here and give a brief explanation if you're interested.

Putting the Power Charge out of the buffering system does the Job as seen in JMM's Chars.

He shouldn't be shooting another reppuken while one is already out. Fixed. As for the hit boxes, I think they are fine the way they are. I really don't see anything wrong with them. Is it all of them or just specific ones that need changing?

 an example of what I mean  is the blue around the red for Mai. Rugal has some unfair hitbox priority, granted its whatever Rugal is very enjoyable to use and he feels fine.

You should maybe update him to DW's Latest Updates, with EX Moves taking 1/3 of a MAX Mode meter and the Counter Movement.

That will come probably after i release iron man cause i will need to update all of my characters with these changes.
