I click on the link.. it says 'No Files or Folders Found'? O_o

Edit: Actually, I noticed this yesterday, too.. Mediafire seems to be acting very strange. Might want to upload them to something else like Sendspace or something.

No files?

Well, I guess not yet... but I'm looking forward to playing them either way. :)

updated the link in the above post, sorry for the inconvenience. I'd tried uploading to mediafire 3 times before & still the same result.
Sendspace links added.

Both -
I don't like that just about all their attacks hit downed opponents.
I also don't like that u can do up to 500 dmg from a combo, true about 300 of it would be from a hyper move, bu that says u can do up 200 dmg without using any power from the bar.
Their taunts are so funny, great job. Specially Mikey's, u even added dust, hilarious. :hump:

Mikey -
A --> Down+Y = Infinite, practically any move u can connect with after A is an infinite.
Why doesn't he have the hyper BG like Raph.

Raph -
(ground and air)Thousand Stab's hittime is too long, causes an infinite.

I like ur both of them but those things rly bug me about them.

These characters are so much fun to play as. It's rare I can stop looking at all the technical aspects of Mugen for a bit and actually have fun with a character.

-Mike's entire extended combo tactics rely on jugglling downed foes so I won't change this
-The standing light kick infinite is really a bugger, maybe I should put a cool-down time on it so it can't combo into itself? Or tweak the pushback velocities & hitstun times?
-& I didn't include the hyper bg in Mike's .sff like Raph just because I liked the look without it better on him

-On Raph I just noticed this today thanks for the feedback

I'll address some of these issues in an update once the next turtle is released

Hearing comments like this really make it all worth it. These guys were meant to be fun to use, knowing I pulled that off is really something fantastic.

I'm glad you guys enjoyed the characters.

Title: Sprites
Post by: JonnyTanna on September 14, 2009, 08:52:35 pm
Dude, I love the moves on your characters, but how come you never layer other people's sprites (with permission of course) over your characters?

This Axel Stone by daraku

Either way, thank you regardless for these pretty bad asss characters 8)

These characters are really, REALLY amazing. I like the chaining, it works so well, the voice samples are astonishing. I enjoy playing with these characters, a lot. I'm going to keep them so when I feel like playing mugen I can use one of them. I honestly am looking fwd for the whole collection. There's not much wrong with them from my testing at all, others mentioned the infinites. Perfect. Spectacular. [insert a lot of enthusiastic words here]

Hitting downed opponents might be a bit too much, though.

Recognize these characters as awesome, Mugen People!!!  >:(

These are indeed some very nice characters. With all the chaining and combo possibilities, and the fact that bugs are now absent from your characters, you are now making really fun and enjoyable chars. :)

Question : will you come back to your older SoR chars or Sketch Turner and update them to your new standards. They deserve it. ;D

Man , the thumbs-up from two heavy hitters here on MFG. Thanks guys, I really can't stress how glad I am that people find these chars fun to use.
Yes I will return to my older chars to retool & make them all around better. I'm a far more knowledgeable creator now & I still need to do those old characters from my childhood justice.

Dcat these chars are simply amazing.  I like your oldschool chars with that new game play feel.  In my opinion I find you characters to be some of the most fun characters to play in mugen.  i can't wait to see some of the other turtles and maybe even some turtle enemies.  Maybe a Bebop or Rock-steady?

Without a doubt a stunning and surprising. I was like, wow these sprites look bad in the introduction, but it has the best controls I've ever seen. I think whoever made this could make anything good.
