UPDATE: Now you cannot win the battle with a Time Over making him truly invicible!!

UPDATE: Now with defeatable version... its still very cheap tho, but good for a boss battle =P

UPDATE: Fixed a bug where reversal wouldnt work propely if he was player 2.

Not even ADS pallette 12 + Cheap mode, 2nd Death Star, A-Bomb, Psycho Shredder, Rare Akuma can defeat this!!

Regarding the character, the beam could use to be much more impressive.  Right now, the LAZOR is pretty bland.
