Mind if I bounce the ball back to you @Balthazar: and @Just No Point: ?I managed to do the first two frames, but the third one's beyond me.
I'll let Balthazar give a reply. Maybe it's at a stage he wouldn't mind picking it up or maybe he can give pointers. The smudge crap was why he gave up too
Alright thanks, I'll wrap up that last sprite myself.*editdone. Man I really think you could and should have finished it yourself, you already did all the hard work!
I'm really sorry man, some parts of that sprite were beyond my ability, like his pants. I could have done the rest but I have a couple of commissions and some projects and I wanted to revisit them, so I kinda ran out of time.Glad I was of some help tho. Can't wait to see him all wrapped up!
I already finished the frames myself yesterday, Karasai Maybe I should have posted them to drive that point home.Well at least you got in some pants shading practice I guess!
I suppose it kinda matches up. See for yourself:I'm B, you're K.I did overlit some parts. I kinda rushed it thb.
Does anyone remember this?I had a lot on my plate at the time so I got Barker to animate it for me. He did a radical job and ended up with this.I adjusted the ears, face, and some colors. This is what I got.Nekokamehameha WIP 02
Some improvement ideas:- Arms and Legs always swing the opposite way- The head motion doesn't make sense (check frame 1 - 2 - 3/ Frame 2 is not an inbetween of 1 & 3)- In frame 2 the back arm shouldn't be seen- He should be tallest in Frame 3- The headtwist towards the viewer is too much imo- His belly should bounce- His shoes are always a straight line on the bottom (change that to curves - think how you move you foot while walking) when you place your foot on the ground making a step you land with your heel first.I have very few freetime these days, so here's a VERY VERY quick thing to show some of the feedback I gave

The proportions are spot on.I based the walk on this animation I found. Spoiler, click to toggle visibiltyI thought it fit the personality of the character so I copied it frame by frame. I wanted him to do a care free strut since he is a character from a gag manga.

Yeah, I'm definitely back to working on Chi-Chi. Just had MORE than a few life set backs. Guess it was all a blessing in disguise as it allowed me time to re-evaluate how I was approaching the project.
