Me doing RWBY Team (circa 2019).
Just happened to find my long lost Ruby on Mediafire and suddenly, I'm motivated to work on Rwby team as a result.
They are pretty much finished. I just want to spend more time to play-test as well as reduce the file size as much as possible. Weiss is no where to be done so there is no progress so far.
Yes, while they are based on OHMSBY/korochi999 version, they will be more faithful to source in term of game plan and frame datas with high-res, flashy FXs and cool Astral (+ my universal input and half-ass Resonance Blaze trait which allows them to cancel specials into hypers). Also, I intend to keep the Burst mechanic from OHMSBY's style but not Roman Cancel (or Ultra Burst) as they will be designed to balance around a Tag Team environment (using UNO Tag, like all of my works).
I'm not sure I would work on 1.0 version for them but if the demand is high enough, I may consider to do so.
The first release should be out in the next 2 months as I have few characters on schedule during that time.

So basically the same deal as with Gordeau?

Some thoughs {pointless ones tho}:

The Music on the Astrals is too loud IMO {Actually same with Gordeau tho its easy to edit}, would say a 50% volume would better.

Would you accept other type of Burst gauge if could? GGXRD looks okish, but stick out so much graphicaly due style and resolution.

Maybe keep the lifebars hidden during all of the Astral duration until the win pose starts?

Yea, Gordeau would be a good way to put that. Also:
- Agree, I will lower the volume a bit.
- I like the Burst icon a lot. That being said, if anyone can make a Rwby-esque Burst icon (or BBTag-esque one), I will definitely pick it over GGXRD one.
- It is meant to be and the lifebar will be hidden in the final release.

I’d personally love to see a 1.0 version of them someday. Though one thing I’m wondering is if there will be a way to use their Resonance Distortion Drive (probably something like using more of the power meter to extend their regular Distortion Drive into Resonance).
I dunno what to put here for a signature.

Honestly, I would love to but I really struggle with how to implement them without breaking the balance among my other work (which is part of a reason while my Gordeau doesn't have Resonance Distortion Drive). So I won't include them.

Why not have it like Xrd where you can use a powered up version at the cost of the meter + Burst.

Not a bad idea of its own but giving more options to Burst is something I have been pretty skeptical about as it can possibly break the balance of my roster atm. I will think more about this.
Also, some update on Weiss: she is basically done (Glyph mechanics and Glyph moves basically work just like how they are in BBTag, 95%-source-accurate framedatas, Astral Finish,...). Some of these Astral FXs are just placeholders until I finish indexing the high-res Glyph FXs (big thanks to Ex★Cham for making those sweet, sweet Glyph FXs).

May be able to do it Tomorrow, since, have time, and send it indexed if can remember how infaview batch works.

Technically, 1 glyph for her Arma Gigas (Big sword) summoning and 1 glyph (or the whole thing) for the sealed opponent would be great (she literally just needs those 2 and then she's done!).
Also, it's ok to leave them unindexed as I will save you the trouble and index them myself :p.

Hate to break it but for aesthetic reasons, all of my works will use default pal only (and I only make an exception if the palette is actually canon to the character). Sorry about that.

you kinda forgot to provide the big port (120x140)... I can try to work around it, tho. But, if you can send me a dm or just post it here, that'd be great as well.

Does she have a sprite for green eye lids, by chance? Kinda at a small road block. I want to take my time with this one. haha.

- This is the finished result. I saved a temp small port just in case you might've found a sprite of hers that has green/mint under her eye lids.

- I also included a big port, but its not indexed, cause i have zero idea on how to do that.
