Suggestion no.1: DON'T use PhotoTrashCan. Now it blocks all your shared photos even for you if you don't pay.
Use Imgur. This site doesn't even need registration for sharing.

thanks for the advice I re-uploaded it.
Sprites from the flash game Nicktoons Super Brawl2.
They need to be cleaned and resized to 45% to size up to these 2

The spritesheet is very blurry (like a jpeg image albeit it's not), so no one can use them. Can you upload a cleaner version?

click the photo it becomes bigger,clearer and in .png from there they have to be cleaned to make a smaller palette and resized to become smaller

I know it's a png file, but its quality is very low, like a jpeg.

I re-uploaded it its not blurry now but still needs to be cleaned and resized the gif you are showing is from a couple of years ago and that guy actually cleaned the sprite so the palette isnt 256+ colors but I did reupload it to another format so it is no longer blurry :)
