Downloaded Zangief out of Curiosity (Gief fan and all that). He's so slow, the animations are choppy, his screw piledriver spins really slow, the new edits are bad, The super gauge looks really bad, his small portrait is really really bad, his supers kill before the last hit, the AI is whack and to top it off, he can't link like he can in SF4. >:(
His other Zangief is better, but only by a little.

EDIT : just tested Zangief.
What the fuck is this shit ? Dash is fucked up, Focus attack is shitty and gives weird animations to the opponent, AI looks like nothing, general gameplay is stiff and doesn't feel like Zangief, Revenge bar was drawn by a blind guy and looks like shit.

For Zangief: The animation for walk back is set in the wrong order. Looks like Zangief can moonwalk now. Is the dash forward supposed to be an actual dash, or is he supposed to run? I don't mind the edit or the focus attack, but the opp reaction when they get hit should be the same as the Lose by Time anim, a "crumpling" (this goes the same for sf4 ryu and sf4 ken). Not bad, but I probably won't download again until I see he's at least at 97%.

Which looking from a grading standpoint could be anywhere from a 0 to a 60.

More Feedback:
-He has no trip animation (The anim and sprites are there but he must of overridden it)
-He has no guard crush or Cheap KO sprites
This character must have been made in a day. :o

Arg, the move properties are all wrong!
KKK Lariat should have lower body invincibility, PPP Lariat should have upper body invincibility. Both have neither, in fact, since the clsn2 go much further than the clsn1 the move has terrible priority to boot.
The first hit of the lariat when used up close should allow a second hit to juggle.
He's missing his crouching F + HK command move.
The timing for dash cancelling after a fully charged focus attack is too strict, you should be able to buffer the input during the hitpause.
Ex Banishing Flat has invincibility frames for some reason. It also knocks down when it shouldn't.

you guys are mean come on now give him a break at least hes contributing or at least trying at all that foul language is just going to discourage him and cause him to make bigger mistakes. on top of that obviously he is just trying to learn how do this stuff good to satisfy you people. you can give him feedback but stop being disrespectful.

Not when he's doing the thing very fast to be "the 1st one to have done it LOLOL".
Not when the guy has been doing numerous chars, most of which play not very well (or like shit, depending on which ones).
Not when there are several Zangiefs which are good (Sepp, Warusaki3, koopakoot, 3ha to an extent).
Also,
Bashing is fun, and I don't care if people think I'm an asshole for saying that.
