2: This "bug" is actually a error message. Error message: State machine stuck in loop (stopped after 2500 loops): 20 for Dhalsim
Check your states for infinite ChangeState loops.

I got my hands on the add004 patch for my personal MUGEN, and it works fine, but it has some flaws.

1: There's this VERY annoying block that makes the character flash either blue or red, and the character uses it A LOT! How do I get rid of it?

2: There's a bug that causes MUGEN to crash, and it has something to do with the infinite states. This is mostly on Shin Zankuro's characters and a lot of other characters. How and where can I find it so that I can fix it?

Aight guys, I said I'll give my ideas for my full game. Here they are.

This game is inspired by Serio's Castlevania Fighter (got it myself, and I'm enjoying it). It's gonna use the style from the 32-bit MegaMan X games (X4, X5, and X6), but it's also gonna have characters and bosses outside of those games.

The characters in question:

MegaMan: Rock will use the moves from MegaMan 8, but his jump height and slide time will be modified just to fit the 32-bit X games, he'll also have a after image effect when he slides (since the slide doesn't do anything). If you were to press START when you select him, you'll play as 8-bit MegaMan. He'll use the moves from MegaMan 2, and he'll have the same jump height and slide time as his 32-bit self, only difference is that he doesn't have the after image effect.

Bass: Bass will use the moves from MM&B, but his jump height will be the same as Zero's. He will not have his special armor, though.

X: MegaMan X will use moves from MegaMan X5 with the Z Saber from X6, and if you press START, you'll select his Ultimate Armor.

Zero: Zero will have his moves from MegaMan X4 and it will be possible to do that one slash trick, if you press START with either the light or medium kicks, you'll select either his Awakened form or his Nightmare form.

MegaMan Zero: MegaMan Zero will use the moves from MegaMan Zero 2, and he'll also have his Triple Rod since it does decent damage if used correctly. If you press START, you'll select Omega Zero as a playable character.

Model X and Model ZX: These 2 will use the same moves as their source games, but Model ZX will have techniques similar to Zero's Ryuenjin and Hyouretsuzan.

Model A: Model A will have all the moves from his/her source game. Pressing START will allow you to play as Ashe, but will show no difference.

Fl studio is good been using it since 01-02 I think, pretty much a long time, its perfect if you don't have any instruments or midi hardware

I've been trying to use it, but it has this stupid error. I need quickfontcache.dll in order to use it, but that file could have a virus. That's why I'm asking the guild their recommendations for alternatives.

Hey guys, I'm willing to make some CPS2 remixes and some retro 80's style songs using FL Studio, but one of the DLLs could have a virus (quickfontcache to be exact). If FL Studio isn't a good program for making music, what are your recommendations?

Why is this thread in Idea Engineering instead of Projects when Ryu is almost done?
Also I really like those Cortana palettes

1: There was no pictures or videos of Ryu, and I'm not sure why JustNoPoint didn't move it back to projects. And 2: Thanks, Elena was a pain in my ass, but she turned out alright.

What's up, mugenites? If you've been following my thread in Idea Engineering, I just finished Ryu's Shin Shoryuken, so I'm going to be needing the Hyper Combo background and Hyper Combo Finish background from Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter. Do you guys have said backgrounds?

Also, I'm looking for some fonts. This font and the character select font from Street Fighter Alpha 3. You guys also have those 2 fonts?

Just to let y'all know, finalizing a character, in my point of view, is coding the throws, adjusting the damage, getting the effects for the supers, and adjusting the hitsparks to the character's fists and feet, so I'm gonna make the request for the hyper combo background from Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter and hope for the best.

W00t! I just finished Ryu's Shin Shoryuken! May be a little faster than what you'd expect from Street Fighter Alpha 3, but hey, I made it, maybe I'll update it later. For now, y'all know what time it is... FINALIZING TIME!!!



Also, I decided to showcase a few palettes I made for some of the characters in here. Idk if I should release them in a pack, gonna be needing your opinions on them. What do you guys think?

Small update on Ryu, I was trying to do the Reppu Jinraisho from Pocket Fighter, but I eventually gave up because there's something wrong with the command. I am keeping the animation, but for now, I'm gonna work on the Shin Shoryuken, then I'll finalize the character and FINALLY be done with him.

Also, I made a request for the hyper combo finish font on MFFA, and someone linked me to the topic making that same request, ShinZankuro posted the image of the font template he used, but the image isn't showing. I REALLY need that template for both my characters and my screenpack. So Shin, if you're reading this, I hope you'll help me out and post the same template in here.

Maybe after I'm done with Ryu, I'll make one CS template for him, and another for Jesuszilla's CvS Felicia. (Mostly because the only difference between this Felicia's sprites and the Chronicle sprites are the eyes and the mouth)

The Shinku Tatsumaki is done, so 2 Supers done, 2 more to go. Also, I'll worry about the Hadoken sparks and update the hitsparks of other moves when I finalize my character, because right now I'm to lazy to work on them, I just want the supers done ASAP.
