A lot of his Hypers are coded with special attribute (such as Tandem Storm), which allows a certain mechanics like Burst not behavior correctly.
Also, back to Tandem Storm, it is supposed to be mid-blockable according to the coding and I'm pretty sure a LV1 unblockable Kikosho is very un-SF and un-CvS. And again, since I haven't play SF4, I might be wrong but that's just not right at all.
Edit: No, Tandem Storm is not unblockable, according to some SF4 players. Now I kinda question whether you actually did use USF4 as reference for him as you claimed though but at first, this needs to be fixed asap.

In BBTag, Tager actually does get pushed back a little bit by magnetized opponents as seen in some of the combos here:

Ah, that's fair. I have only seen Tager matches but haven't really dug deep enough to notice this. Anyway, great stuff as usual.

He is pretty good. Still, there is 1 problem with him. A lot of time when I use Magnetize-related attacks, Tager is pushed and moves backward a bit, which I dont see from either BBTag or CF. You might want to take a look on that.

Ohoho, other than few nitpicks about FXs and Myon's debug floods I gave you on Discord, she is definitely the most fun character I have downloaded on Guild for a long time (possibly your best character so far as well). Good stuff good stuff.

Update:
- Added missing guard sparks.
- Improved buffer system.
- Fixed a glitch that let all attacks ignore hitpause, which fixed a ton of dumb behavior (damage scaling and giving opponents invul).
- Heat Gauge now will be hidden when tagged out.
- Now has shorthop.
- Opponents no longer can auto-recover from attacks.
- f.Y and f.Z normal command is now Medium and Heavy attack. Old versions of those attacks are now part of auto-combo.

It ain't AI fight. It's player vs AI so it's a good idea to stop BSing your audiences with stuff like "enough détails", "primitive coding" or "simple code". There are a tons of attacks in FGs that can hit low without forcing the character to crouch (Jotaro's Standing f.A in HFTF, Deadpool's Quick Work and Katana-Rama!,...). And yes, I have seen characters who can easily detect this kind of attacks (even Infinite's characters can do this and here, you simply screw it up). I ain't going to edit an entire roster just because your character has flaws.
Also, if you aren't disturbed with infinites like this, thanks to +16f on hit, I guess I have nothing else to say about:

My final saying to anyone trying to test this character:
- The character is not accurate to any sources as the author claimed.
- The AI is somehow even worse than original version due to inability to block low-hitting charging attacks as well as allowing opponents to ez time scam.
- Ez infinites.
- Janky damage scaling.
- The character is full of debug floods and can cause a lot of crashes, thanks to poorly coded AIs (even look at it, I have a feeling it is a copy/paste from some random characters, just with state value being swapped, due to the amount of coding inefficiency as well as questionable uses of parentvarset in statedef -1. My 2 cents).

So yes, there is no reason to get this one over Infinite's version.

I don't recall in any real fight situations during neutral that the character with HP disadvantage wants to mash directional buttons while doing nothing and let opponents easily timescam against them and win the fight. How comes allowing opponents to timescam you can be called an advantage?
Also, he can't adapt anything. The AI can't even block low against dashing attacks and I can easily loop the same combo starter with a low-sliding anytime, repeatedly.
Finally, the crash doesn't have anything to do with 1.0 and 1.1. It simply comes from poor coding, using parentvarset in root's statedef -1 for no reason, which caused a ton of debug floods. 1.0/1.1 excuse doesn't apply here.
And you still okey with a +16 on hit Crescent Kick?
