I don't want to rain on anyone's parade, but that Saiki doesn't look like a vintage KOF Styled sprite, but just a straight up resize of a KOF XIII one. Color usage isn't sticking to the style, proportion management, nor outline rules.
Not to say it's a bad sprite, it's a good looking one, but not a KOF sprite.
Not gonna lie, you made it look more CvS-ish, rather than KOF-ish.Get serious :P

I think the breathing itself could be slower and more subtle, and perhaps use a few more frames, just so you don't have to keep him so still for part of the animation.

He's one of the very few characters that were never converted to KOF style. But honestly the other day I saw some BOR Mod with Jack using SNES sprites, and it almost looked legit (size wise, mostly)

aof2 jack have around 450 sprites in total, if 10 people have the same interest and join forces to pay 45 sprites for each. think its a great deal for everybody in this community. and become later a common pratice

The only thing that I think should be fixed is that her legs have some kind of motion there, but at the same time they are static...
maybe adding a few pixels to her legs or wings to simulate a slow movement, or just not adding those movement pixels she already has.

Can you do CPS2 style like marvel and dark stalkers?
If yes could I do a long term full char project? I don't have a lot of money currently so I'd just have you slowly build the character month after month.
Maybe shoot for 8 sprites a month for $24 (if cps2 is $3 as well). I have some other stuff to finish this year anyway so it's not like I'm in a rush on this project.
I'm going to have to choose between adult Anita from Darkstalkers or finishing RamzaNeko's MegaManX sprites. I'd been really busy and haven't had a chance to look and see how much he did. I'll take a look today and if it's pretty far along I'll probably chose it 1st.

Yeah, as dumb of a first-world problem as it may seem, it's too fluid for CVS. It looks great, but it would stick out like a sore thumb in-game compared to the rest of the characters. I noticed you changed the pants, too. Was that on purpose?

Yeah, some motherfucker making a version of kof wing is using a lot of the VS sprites that you made... not even having the decency to credit you.
I'm not mad but still think it's kinda fucked up, I paid for them and you worked hard to make them.
