I just watched Alice In Wonderland too =D

But I didn't really care too much for it either. It seemed too "normal". Like they could have slapped almost any fantasy title on the movie. I didn't find the Mad Hatter very mad at all. The visuals were EXCELLENT for sure. But the storyline was way too typical for a crazy place like Wonderland IMO

It was also the 1st film I've seen in the new 3d hype era. I found out I cannot see the 3d since I do not have binocular vision (I suspected as much going in). So I spent more $$$ to see a movie I had to wear glasses to watch like a normal movie so it wouldn't be blurry =(

On a side note... I meant to say this long ago when I 1st watched ZOMBIELAND. But that movie may very well be the best movie ever XD

Maybe not the best but certainly very good.
While watching it, i contemplated on the idea of how there should be a zombie tv series. I think it would work cause I always feel that these movies aren't long enough and a lot of basic "humanness" could be explored.
The funny thing is, while watching the supplementary DVD material, the writers commented on how Zombieland was originally written as a TV series and the pilot ended when...

Shutter Island

A simply excellent suspense thriller in the vein of classic film noir mysteries from the late '50s.  It does a great job of building suspense and intrigue, and makes excellent use of visual effects.

I liked Boxer in that movie :3

With Zombieland the intro alone made it one of my favorite movies right off the bat! Metallica FTW!

Afro Samurai Resurrection.

It was pretty awesome. The story was a bit confusing at the start but it all made sense after.
I thought the ending was a little dissapointing. They could of shown him actually fighting his resurrected dad.
I think I would of preferred some more badass action like in the first Afro Samurai but, I still liked it.

8/10
Kinda strange but I woke up today and her hand was on my ass cheek
I won't suspect anything though I'll take it she was sleeping and didn't notice
you should have flipped over slowly

"Is it better to live a monster or die a good man?"
Threw me off completely, Anyone care to elaborate?

Precious

Pretty goddamn depressing, but oddly not so doomy-gloomy feeling as you'd expect.
Acting-wise Mariah Carey was the weakest link but her inability did not ruin any of her scenes.

he snapped out of it at the end but he still didn't wanna except what he did so he'd rather die as the person he made up.

BUT

was he really a detective? and did they make him think all of that stuff!? and did he not forget who he really was!?
I went crazy when it went off I couldnt figure out if he was a detective or a patient!

Requiem for a Dream
Holy shit, this starts off slow, but the later you get into it the crazier it gets. On one hand you have the mother going on bad trips from prescription drugs, and on the other the group of friends trying to get rich off crack but things end up rapidly degrading. I never got to see the end because the DVD my professor had glitched out and stopped showing at the end. >:(
