If this is an original, all I can say is wow.  Your other stages are pretty cool as well.

Keep it up!

Hmm...I wonder why nobody posted about the gross error in this stage.

The parallax is obviously off and quite distracting.  I'll fix it later when I get time.

The flames may look better recolored/transparent.

Thank you for comment, everyone. :)

To ziltama
There was too much sense of incongruity such as the sky, flame. :'(
I study more and reflect it next stage. :)

Dude - it's all in Japanese/Chinese. Where do you download your stages?
You have made more nice stuff which I would like to download, but
I keep getting confused by the text.

After looking more closely at the parallax layer, I can't fix it.  You actually have a reverse parallax where the bottom part of the floor moves slower than the top.

The main problem is the top of the parallax layer has an x-delta of 1. (delta 1 x xscale 1 = 1).  For low-res stages, the floor should move with a delta of 1,1.  For parallax floors, the xscale settings are calculated so that the zoffset line has an effective delta of 1,1.  So, if the top of the floor is already 1, then it's impossible to get parallax to work correctly.

For your stage, the top of the floor graphic has an x-delta of 1 and the bottom has an x-delta of .8.  So, it's impossible to get an x-delta of 1 at the zoffset line somewhere in between.

If you still want parallax, then you'll have to change the deltas of everything else in the stage.  For parallax floors, the top of the floor graphic should move slower than 1,1 and the bottom is calculated to be faster than 1,1 with the zoffset line at 1,1.

It's a nice stage, but as ziltama said, the parallax isn't quite perfect.
Flames could gain some transparency.
floortension isn't good IMO, as the stage moves too much and too fast when the chars jump.

Also, I suppose you saw this topic, but just in case :

OK! I understood.
Thank you :)
Updated it in reference to advice.

I held down speed in the sky by keeping parallax.
Please confirm it in free time.

I think that sense of incongruity decreased than the previous work. ???

I didn't forget about this stage.  The main problem was that the floor graphic already had a pseudo-parallax effect built in.  If I used normal parallax, then the stage floor works, but it would seem to move in the opposite direction of the rest of the stage.  It took me forever to figure out reverse parallax, and I finally got that to work.

Now I'm trying to figure out the flame position.  I would still recommend finding a different flame.  I know the flame was taken from a night stage in SvC; so, the colors don't quite fit for a daytime stage.

Ok, here's the fixed stage:
yusuke 14 stage edit

Redid the parallax and adjusted deltas.  Minor edit to sff file (repositioned floor).

I used vib's parallax formula, and the floor moved properly...but in the opposite direction of the rest of the stage.

So, I reversed the parallax: xscale = x1, x2 -> x2, x1 and changed the delta (delta = x,1 -> 2-x,1).  Now, the floor parallax still works but in the direction of the stage.  Had to readjust the rest of the background deltas to be "faster" and shorten the width of the stage.

No point in posting a screenshot since it looks basically the same.  The major differences are seen when the stage is in motion.  Also added blackjack trick for the flames.

Thank you. ziltama.  :)
Parallax is wonderful, and the blackjack trick is splendid, too. :o
I was able to understand parallax with your file. :)

Very nice stage. Ziltama's update is gold. The stage actually has a 3D feel to it. I wish I could do stages.

Good job to both of you!

+1

Now it's more or less perfect, though it's true it would look better if the flames were changed :
Maybe keep the same street lamp (and the BlackJack trick, with trans=none & sub) and change the flames by putting more appealing ones (maybe those from the GGX Paris Castle) but using trans=add1 & sub to make them alreay semi transparent even if the characters aren't behind them.
