Title: The Making of...Miss X!!

Hello all and welcome to the post that shall revive the KOF mugen project known as SNK Gals Fighters (maybe a subtitle will go here).

This will be a long and drawn out and awesome making of Miss X (who for those that don't know is Iori Yagami in drag and covering his face with a ninja mask) Using the few sprites I got from a former member of this full game project, I will slowly but surely create a full set for Miss X. BUT FIRST some opinions.

A poll will shortly appear in this thread. Select the answer that you prefer.

The sprites were never made for XI. :(

the laugh has an unique mannerism for miss X as well so voting pre XI for that + other reasons

Why not making a mixture of both? That way "she" could has her own spot...

This might be an interesting project. Doesn't help that I kind of wanted to see a playable Miss X sometime soon (Unless she was from SNK Gals' Fighters, only as an unlockable).

Also, chose the Pre-XI option since the laugh is pretty much an iconic thing (plus I think it's there in Gals' Fighter, though can't remember much), along with other reason.

A question in terms of "her" voice: Are you just going to use Iori's voice, or make him sound like he's trying to sound like a girl (High pitched voice, any other voices, etc)?

If anyone wants to help, it will be strictly vocational. I'm not much of a spriter, but it shouldn't be too difficult to do.

Since it's obvious which choice will win, I've locked the poll and started making a sheet. I need to do some colour separation for his hair and pant and that other thing that is usually separated on most colour separated sprites besides Shermie ;)

Thanks for continuing this project and I was waiting for this WIP a long time cant wait to see more of this and Hey Koop you can come up with a special winpose for Miss X like in of the cutscenes she (he) has in Mai's fight.

It's been about a week, so lets show some progress (keep in mind that the team and I all have day jobs, so....)!

-All of the sprites have been colour separated.

-Mask is has been added. Just needs the trim and some edits

-Work on the skirt has begun! More skirt sprites will be added whilst other jobs are happening I suppose : ]

Nice sprites Koop though I think the shirt needs an editing  and collar needs to be removed
