It's a custom style. The most apparent thing is that they have EX moves like in KoF XIII.

This is the first I've seen from this guy, but after trying them all out they're pretty fun!

MUGEN KoF chars with EX moves is something that I'm not used to see, going to check this out. Would be nice if we had a custom style similar to what PoTS did to CvS, but with KoF/SNK features.

i tried mr. big and his ai is bad, he just doesn't do anything and just blocks attacks from the opponent's character

and yet his ai doesn't function, i wonder why no matter what mugen i use
