i nedd the best chars of ryu and ken( in i.a, and fxs).for the moment i have shin ryu 2.0(is really amazing).have the link of chars this type in mode fight o fx?

This is very subjective, people have different opinions, what I would think is the best char may not be the best for you.
Plus you're asking for 2 characters that have been made / edited by 7103625 different authors....

and they are all wrong.
Ryu by Pots, and Ken by Jmorphman. /tread.

Simple and quick for me aswell.
Best Ryu - PotS version (Mwryly, 1.8.7 & Rowen edits)
Best Ken - Jmorph version (for sure!)

A bunch of debug floods that cause crash to MUGEN is hardly considered the best.
Just stick to Slightly Pissed Off Ryu and you are good to go. Red palette SPO Ryu is a good substitute for Ken.

Pretty much this. Instead that the Evil mode is dope but sadly yeah, Ansatsuken's version have some serious issues.

if you want from their original fighting gameplay:
sf3 version: GM (Rei is also good with four modes: sf4, sf3rd, sf32nd and sf3ng, but his cpu can cause a glitch where he performs his shinryuken that create clones of himself)
cvs with groove version: Warusaki3
mvc2: mouser (with evil ryu and x-men vs sf's ken mode)
sf2 series: G.D.T (his Ryu has Evil mode)

His denjin hadouken is unblockable for the last few hits which is odd and also, tenma gozanku is unblockable when crouching

Debug Floods were my nitpick with Ansatsuken's characters, I say were because I assume he's quit by now, but I may be super wrong.

I'm not sure of his site's still up, but I reccomend Don Drago's Ryu and Ken too (along with his other stuff). They use the SvC sprites and offer four different modes each. Great comboability is you can master them.
