So...Why today? and not the day I finished her sprites?

Well, 2 reasons:
1- I wanted/want to give the exclusiveness to Basara buuuuuuuuuuuuuuut, the "but" comes with the 2nd reason:
2- Rose has 4 letters. Just mess with them. We obtain EROS. God of Love. And as today is Feb. 14th, so here it goes.

THESE SPRITES ARE NOT ALIGNED(I DON'T KNOW TO DO IT), So you will find everything in some long images(pcx. format, though).

WHAT'S IN?:
Absolutely EVERYTHING she had untill this moment(attack wise talking). Two new movements, colour separation, also added a new tone for the scarf and yes, I forgot to put a colour chart here, d'Oh!

IS SOMETHING MISSED?
Yes. I want to add a cameo/cosplay sprite of her as Lisa Lisa for a winpose. I mean, she's clothed as a gondoliere(that's a hint to Lisa Lisa in CFJ), her 2nd SF4 outfit, and finally a Venus. So, Lisa Lisa herself was missed. I'll do it when I can(promise!)

I think it's a good present for this day and a lot of people will love this sheet. I've been in love of her in all the process to convert her in a POTS char

. Soul Drill is the old name for the movement, I prefer calling it(now) Soul Drain. As you expect, it takes life/soul from the rival. She's a cheater

Yes...well, she is Warusaki style and is currently missing some sprites like the run sprites.
As a trivia: 2 also made all Shadoloo Dolls into Warusaki style.
And BajanFish edited 2's Charlie to be...better.

Nope

. They disappeared in the last HD crash.

BUT, you can have them using these:
- change the second colour in the scarf by the first one.

Or are you talking about the SFZ sprite sheet?O.o?

the one that was hosted on just no point.. it had an effect sheet for rose's moves like the scarf glow effects and soul satelite etc. but dont worry about it tho, thanks for the upload.
