Deleting the move from the cns and cmd may work but sometimes it leaves a gap in the AI and consequently results in a certain bug/lag. For example the char would start walking or running in its position when is supposed to apply said deleted move, or maybe gets passive in another way etc. So I wonder if there is another option. Thanks in advance.

If you are running Mugen 1.0 and the character's AI is executed from the CMD file, you can use triggerall = !AILevel
