Title: SF3:3S- Artmoney troubles

I've been getting in to Artmoney recently (i find it easier t use than Cheat engine) but i've encountered a weird problem. Whenever i load in the game and search for the timer, the address changes every time. Why is this happening, and is there a way to stop it?

Applying the offset
