I'll take a 2.5D version of DS over an HD Remix. They did an absolutely shitty job on SF2HD.

A million signatures? Just fuck right off.

^This. I was hoping for this but a million signatures is just ridiculous.

And SSF2:THDR was bad, lol, same amount of frames as an almost 20 year old game doesn't make HD sprites look good. The game looks like shit but at least it plays like SSF2:T.

  • A frame here, a pixel there.

Supposedly the Saturn versions of Hunter and Savior sold 350,000 and 160,000 copies respectively... that's half a million at least.

Also, the problems with HD Remix's looks are as much due the new sprites simply being drawn worse then the old ones as anything to do with frame rate.

I would look at the sales of Darkstalkers Chaos Tower if I wanted to calculate how many DS fans remain.

This facebook group has more members than this petition will ever get.
I swear, there's like a bunch of those, "LIEK AND BABY MEGATRON IS BORN" groups, but they probably will never name that baby Megatron.

And yeah....
1 million signatures weren't needed to make Street Fighter IV, right?
So why not just make a trailer like you did with SFIV? And make its debut in E3.
That will garner alot of people's attention.

Because Inafune is the only one at Capcom who truly saw what Ono did to Street Fighter, and doesn't want to take chances with Darkstalkers.

ya sf4 is mostly regarded as a good game and if inafune thought it was trash he wouldn't have greenlighted super sf4 or a new arcade version etc.

i think another darkstalkers being made or not has to do with the game's popularity (it's nowhere as popular as street fighter). i'm sure most of the people signing the petition haven't even played it (or played some roms) and just want a new game with morrigan and felicia from mvc2

Like game related petitions ever worked  :(
The biggest gaming petition I ever saw was one for a FFVII Remake for the PS3, it got like 70,000 signatures.
This will not end well anyway, the DS fanabse is not big enough to get 1,000,000 signatures.
where there is a will,there is a way。
Sounds like you're just jealous that Duke Nukem has a bigger dick and gets ALL the bitches.
