Title: I.K.E.M.E.N help needed

Basically, a version of I.K.E.M.E.N I've been using seems to outright not work on another computer. I've had no problem running it on Windows 10, and yet it doesn't work on Windows 7.

I'm using the Ryon version, as the later I.K.E.M.E.N releases don't work on my PC, and only display a black screen.

Sorry if I'm asking the obvious, as I'm not that experienced with I.K.E.M.E.N or M.U.G.E.N in general
