didnt you say you make characters for yourself and NOT what mugen community thinks of it, the best thing here is to just laugh it off and say hey, at least i won something. obviously, putting your time into these projects, you're upset that many dont even bother to consider them decent, i mean come on, that's how it always is though. Jobs, school, et cetera, there's always going to be people who think what you did is the worst. just continue working on it and improving and it'll be fine. taking rs awards seriously isnt such a good idea, i think it's just for fun.

I rarely see such warm and forgiving (!) words here, in MFG . *BOWS* Don't take me wrong, MFG is the only Mugen forum I go to.I spend little time with Mugen now (real life...) and have been visiting some other game forums (like X3: Terran Conflict or MFS X) and I noticed how people there are so less tense about everything. There too are discussions of people's works (scripts, mods...) yet you hardly ever see any hostile comments as you may find here. And that is the issue with most mugen forums, I believe. MUGEN is an ambitious world. Returning to topic, I'm with Just No Point here. Byakko's position has it's strong points and it can be effective in some situations (in real life, mostly. When you know a man's character and can tell that such measures will agitate him to change for the best). But what purpose does this nomination pursue? "The Worst Character of the Year". Judging by people's words it is to make certain individuals realize that they are wrong. It's been clearly stated earlier what they are wrong about. But I ask myself, what is the real purpose behind this? A concern about these individuals? People who made this nomination really want these individuals to become better? I think not. I think they are pissed or irritated about these individuals, and this nomination is set just for fun and bashing. [/opinion]
dont take it seriously. At one point a man named oowhap created the worst character, on purpose. making it more obvious that it was a joke nomination, i guess just no point is a guy.
