It's a honor you want to get closer to "my" style, but if you're going to make that movement for Gouki, it would be better you to get closer to actual CvS(please, don't take this as an offense). There are some things in general that you need to improve. You are a great shader, but unfortunately, this lighting/shading gets lost because of the lackof "darker" skin colours. see, in ryu(and all the shotos), there's 4th skin colour under the biceps lighting, so in the end, your sprites looks a bit "bland". Don't be affraid to show the strength of the character's muscles. You're kinda doing it with Gouki(which is fine), but it seems you're following SF3's shading instead of CvS, at least for muscle definitions.If not a bother, I'll save some of this Gouki's for better reference(you know, English' not my first language), so I could not know when I'll have those fixed, since I'm hurrying myself for showing something that's in the oven...and definitively have A LOT of muscle D: (I'm sorry I can't talk now. It will be shown soon). - Blizzard: workon that tail and give it a bit of life ! Also, that head could be worked a bit.Have a nice day!!

See that's what we mean! The details are beautiful. However, the right artist arm needs a bit more work. Other than that, great work!
hmmmmm you know a SFF Patch for Adon in CVS spriting wouldn't be so bad...... Hell its the best idea I think you have so far

Adon is still in CPS scale which makes him look completely disproportionate. Especially with his legs spread at almost a 90 degree angle, it makes it painfully obvious that one leg is much longer than the other!On the far right I've crudely resized the sprite to 74% width, notice how it makes his legs much closer to the same size.

Great work, man. Same to Shao, your shading really improved.
Ehh... but 74% would work with all other sprites? As far as I know the universal rescale from CPS2 to CvS is 83% (and 80% from CPS3).Besides the proportion thing, the sprite is perfect.
