Character 3 is Shiki. I wonder if you can guess the next 5 characters based on who I've been working on. Shiki will have all the stuff your used to seeing her having + some new moves.

Yup.  Doesn't help I'm watching Fate/Zero, and waiting for Carnival Phantasm.

I love the character, I just hate how light her slashes sound in SVC, and how her swords look like they're made of rubber :(

Well you know what you need to do (pay me a visit via msn).  :)

I think the SVC slashes sound better than the KOF sounds for a character with a sword.

Well I can assume that the cast used is same in SNK Fighting Gals from Neo Geo Pocket Despite it wont have Iori as Miss X You could a boss better than that Since Iori looked awfull.
