Title: Character 8: Yuri Sakazaki

Normally I base a character off 2002 or later, but for Yuri I decided to use KOF 98 as the base and her moveset is as mentioned. Also normally I would post up to 4 screenshots in the first post, but we have easy to view video now!

She'll almost done, she just needs two new hsdms. Or one old and one new.
