Here's the next character I am releasing. XCB's Dark Chun-Li was always one of my favorite 'Evil/Dark/etc' edits in MUGEN, so I was motivated to make my own version and take inspiration from his. I hope I've done it justice.

Dark Chun-Li is coded in the same style as my Gouken, which is based on the style of Vyn's SF3 Evil Ryu with some changes here and there. JNP's and Jmorphman's Buffer System will be implemented in a future update. The character is coded completely from scratch.

You're right, I really wanted to as well. My plan was to commission it, but I've been pretty broke lately and I didn't want to delay the character any futher.

I really don't like how she uses power for her recovery, I end up using it accidentally and losing power when I don't want to. Also, I don't think I get how her level 3 Hoyoku-sen works, I use QCF+K after using the level 1 version, but it doesn't work.

For her super you have to input the other QCF's mid super pause.

I've changed the recovery so it's activated with QCF/QCB instead of just holding a single direction. I've also updated the readme to specify when to input the additional QCFs to change the level of her Hoyoku-Sen.

Expect the update to come out in a day or so. I can't upload it from home atm.

Alongside the readme fixes and the recovery roll activation changes, there's also a couple of small hitbox adjustments.
