This new character's design is not that big of a deal. I'm glad people don't nitpick the Great Fairies or we'd be here for a while.

I like the Great Faries design, despite how absolute terryfing as they look and sound. I like Veran's design, because she looks evil and cool.I don't like Cia's design because it's dumb and I can't really explain why. I agree with that man. If it was a game with mercedes cars than Mario could be a mascot but, this doesn't fit in game.
A more "cartoon-ish" color would've looked better for this game; I guess they agreed to let Mercedes use their signature silver.Also looks out of place since Mercedes are supposed to be luxury cars so seeing them in a karting game is kinda odd.I think it's cool though (being a car racing fan and all).

Well with the ability to defend against blue shells properly for once I don't blame them for saying that
It's a plethora of factors, really. I'll go over the major ones.- Triple items no longer allow you to pick up other items while you hold em behind/around you.- Blue Shells are not only destroyable by the Super Horn, they just don't show up as much anymore(unless you're on Frantic items.)- all of the silly items from MKWii are gone too.Those are probably the biggest changes.
