I'd be legitimately surprised if this doesn't run well on a toaster. Arc Systems' PC ports, besides the first Blaz Blue, have been pretty good so I wouldn't be too worried about the specs.
Yamcha, Tien and a new character Android 21 are confirmed from an issue of V-JUMP. Android 21 is a what if saga character it seems I'm just happy they included Yamcha tbh lmao Tien has his DBS outfit though.
