Yea, Jill has too and if you look at her shoes youll notice that their soles dont have black line too, its just for better look.

Looking good! The shade is the best one ive seen on a SVC Pocket sprite.
About the fighthing system. I think is a bit messy and to be honest, little uninspiering. Maybe you should do something more original, less combo-ish, less buttons, more stuck to the ground gameplay. So you wont be compared to any other pocket project aroud. Parry and Zero Counter are a bit to much. Plus, parry can be really cheap. Also, the Destroy GG move, that's just as bad as the original GG. People will be using this a lot and not have as much fun as they could. Guard Push and Guard Crush are much more balanced, maybe you could use button like in Last Blade to defend an attack and open the opponents guard. Power Charge is just as cheap.

In the palettes the only one that seems to be missing is his Buu saga suit (blue suit with naked arms),
and the GT version with a more brown shirt (in your palette it is red, it seems to vary at times).

Sorry, but roster requests are taken seriously only from members who contribute something.

Yes, I've been going through a LOT of ideas, but I chosed simple and easy design, I aim more to "classicism" of good old fighting games than originality.
Hardest part was choosing colours.

Maybe you should add some more layers on the background to give a little depth and some kind of moviment. Also, custom fonts in the char select portrait. It's pretty easy to make in illustrator.

Thanks, so far I can handle myself with AOK, I dont like to include people that I dont know anything about them, I already had 2 members that came out to have no use for project (I fired them), they had no required skills.
I will only allow people I know, with reputation or if they show me sample of their skills, I dont want to guide newbies on every step.
So xverso, for now I dont need help with stages, I already have dozen of them :P

You should see if they are indexed correctly or the palettes will be useless. I've had this problem before.
I think it's not indexed correctly because you don't even have the pink background. Ask someone how it should be done properly.

With index, remember forehead hold diffrent colour then skin, you can see 2 similiar colours, the 2 level is for headband.

As far as I can tell, he didn't have that name in the original Street Fighter - not onscreen, and I really doubt it was in any version of the manual. It was invented for the movie - confirmed in his Japanese Wikipedia page.

This badass? Yes, if I have sprites and I dont know how much time he would take as I work alone for now.
I plan to make passwords for bonus characters and those password can be unlocked by finishing arcade mode (story ending) or just opening the .sff and solving jigsaw that password will be hidden in :P (password image would be made of 10 parts).
is there any tool to view intros/endings? 'Cause if there is, I must find other solution.

Cool. He actually was being sprited as a 6 button character, so I'll keep that in mind. His pallet is a little weird compared to these others. I'd pressure Balthazar into working on his again, but he doesnt like outlines.

Cool palettes, and I actually think that whole 'lifebar set-up in the bottom of the screen' is a good idea to look into,
it might really help with the presentation of the game.

Demitri yes, but probably in later releases, but I never liked Alfred and his style, so if somebody volunteers to make him you have free hand.
What do you say about Kenshiro + "Dunnoyet" from Hokuto no Ken? I watch this recently and its cool character (Z Warriors vs Star Warriors?).

Hah, one of my first custom sprites that were not a fail,

This project is moving slow since I am the only coder/creator in it :P

4 teams each, each team 2 fighters, other can contain any character from any series or universe as long as he has partner from same series/universe, example: Goku & Vegeta, Kenshiro & Rei etc.
When I make vote thread it wont be about single characters, but teams.

I LOL all the time making this stage, there will be 2 DB stages Goku's and Vegeta's, first is happy and funny, full of cheerful good DB chars, second will be not so funny ;) and full of negative characters in background.

i'm going to link to this really old thing http://sd.mistrust.com/mb/index.php?topic=89.0 mostly for the part about the characters. i'd suggest messing with the contrast so they don't stand out so much. it becomes impractical when they're the same size and contrast as the actual playable characters. the sprites themselves look really good though, good job.

I started King KOP, only interesing thing about it is that I use new method of character creating, first I code character with 3 colour sprites and after I finish I will add shadows to sprites.
