I know, the same I happen with the trevor spacey, this occurs therefore I does not use aerial defense, unites I hates aerial defense, then therefore I erased this animation , this does not bother me, but in the next version to adjust, to only finish with the errors.That's easy, just make 3 steps:
-put a random sprite (0,0 for example) and make time to 0 in AIR to every air block anim (122, 132, 142, 152)
-in CNS, put this in statedef -2:
[State -2]
type = AssertSpecial
trigger1 = 1
flag = noairguard
-Profit!!
