Resizing sprites?

I remember with Pots' Nash, you could resize the sprites to CVS standards. Is there a way to resize sprites for let's say... GM's SF3 Characters?

Open up the cns and look for this :

[Size]xscale = 1           ;Horizontal scaling factor.

That's what you edit (Decrease / Increase) to change your character's x scaling.
