No, it was just split off the SF topic and merged in the dump thread, then split off again into it's own topic for some reason (it's worthless).

I'm muslim, and partly Arab and I'm ok with his design, just kinda bored of the overused Turban and beard stereotype...
I will say though it was in bad taste to show the character off on 9/11, however, he was shown off in Dubai, and not America. I think that was to avoid being insensitive to the larger FGC in America. Be that as it may.. he looks fun as hell, not to keen on the "yahoos" tho.

Now I kinda wish SFxT got an update to match Shaheen up against Rashid... which brings me to another point, thats some common ass arabian names right there.

Hum, more like he was made to appeal to the crowd in that part of the world (stereotypical or not, it's recognizing it exists), not to the Western world.
