Here's an alpha.

Right now it's 1.0 only (there will be a WinMUGEN version! You just have to wait until the actual release though!) and missing a few things, such as AI, 182 Shiki, 524 Shiki: Kamukura, 1999 Shiki: Kiri Honoo, and Saishuu Kessen Ougi "Reishiki". So... don't use them. Also I haven't gotten around to making separate .def's for Normal Kyo and Kusanagi.

As I said before, I was considering not doing 182 Shiki, but I haven't decided either way.

As I said before, I was considering not doing 182 Shiki, but I haven't decided either way.

If it was that you gave Kyo his Saishu Kessen Ougi: Mu Shiki LDM as a Level 2 move, then you could consider keeping the 182 Shiki move if you wanted Kyo to have Super Cancel combos.

WAY too easy to supercancel the rekka moves.

Also 182 Shiki and 524 Shiki both glitch, but that's in 1.0.

Not intended. What characters does Kyo pass through? I can't replicate this.

I was thinking the same thing. I'll make the timing more strict when you're in the -gami chains.

basic animations are too slow

speed up walk and stance by 1 tick for all frames

I think d+HP (air) should have more priority downwards so try to move the hitbox down there where his fists are
Should every basic REALLY be cancelable?
CD attack (s.f+HP) should be cancelable.

40% combo with one meter, and it's really easy to do. You need to do the medium version of that kick special or higher.
