Ah yes, I remember the Lord Raptor one from not long after I discovered Mugen.
Hey guys its been a long time since I've released anything publicly or had time for anything mugen wise. This is due to a hand injury I received about a couple of years back. Eventually it got better and so now I'm back.
Anyway, there are numerous W.I.Ps. that I've been working on and the most recent really got me excited to do. Along with the help of Skeletor EX, I've decided that I'm going to try to convert every Fighter's History character into the Pots/Infinite gameplay style, along with some of older characters and Wips as well (The TMNT Tournament Fighter Characters) That's right, I'm back & you heard right, I'm actually going to finally release the last two turtles that people have been wanting for years as well as convert them all into the Pots/Infinite gameplay style.
My reason? I love old school characters and trying my hand at updating them to today's standards.
Why Fighter's History characters? Well it first started out with Jean Pierre, as I told Infinite and Skeletor EX that I would one day make him because he was my main in Fighters History. Then Skeletor EX suggested Zazie, and so then I made the decision to keep going and to also update the Turtles.
So here are some screenshots for you guys to look at what I've done so far with Jean Pierre, Zazie, & etc. Usually I would've made a video but I plan on getting all of their sprites eventually redone by Dampir to make them look more CVS-ish or rather in his art style.
Also if anyone of you would be willing to make Lvl3 style portraits as you see below (Not that good at making them) then please let me know so I can let you know who all I need some for and you of course will be credited. Thank you and I hope you all enjoy

Welcome back dude. Glad you are whole again. Your character versions always had a special place on every mugen roster I put up. Have you ever thought about putting your take on Last Blade characters? A lot of bad ass characters in that. Fighter History is awesome but the sprites are bunk to me. As for Leo I would love to see him do the move where he kicks the opponent into the camera.
Still waiting for my comission (Hon-Fu) to be done or to have my money back (80 dollars).

With the release of your older characters a few years ago, I always thought the reason why you didn't release the rest of the TMNT way back is because you plan to make them PotS/Infinite style like them. This pretty much confirms it and I'm excited to see the final results. Also glad to see you have been taking care of yourself for the past few years. Good luck with the projects.

Gameplay vise your previous Jean is great, but doing the same as Zazie with the sprites is really amazing! From FH- Clown, Karnov and Ryoko would be a dream. I love making CVS-Styled rosters, and I like their styles, and think they would fit well inn. Zazie is one of those personal favourites to the roster.

I did the latter because it was closer to the sprites, it's odd when someone uses character art in a different costume for the portraits.

After you're done with converting the WH characters, I suggest series like Eternal Champions and Weaponlord.
The sprite work in those games are fugly to look at, so a talented artist like you could do them justice.

I kinda wish Dampir would re-do Mickey's sprites, with rescaling and giving them better details. But it depends on what he's up to now I suppose.

Except from Sagat, Samchay is my favourite Muy Thai character. Don't know why, but I just like the way he is designed, so this is pretty awesome, happy to see him getting the R@CE, Dampir and Skeletor EX treatment. One step closer my dream of seeing these classic obscures in CVS. Thanks bro! Keep up the amazing work!

Yea, ikr lol. RL had me busy and etc. I wanted to release him last night but I noticed my computer havingg an issue so im trying to resolve that.
It could be GPU? Maybe your GPU isn't working anymore and it has problem with stuff that ask openGL or something?

Kinda wished you'd do something new with the projectile moves, as the '2 hits on EX' could be changed, maybe making it slower so you can combo alongside it or trap P2.

Besides I have played with most in this style and most have the same attributes as such.

I think the Wall Bounce would be more for Non-Projectiles though like the Dynamite Tackle, but that might just be me though.

Also are you aware that Dampir himself has been reshading the sprites? They definitely look good to me. But I guess like i always say, different strokes for different folks. Either way I was overall satisfied with what the final results were. But still I'm happy for your support.

So after many days and nights of patiently waiting, I managed to get this guy color separated to the Max. Nexus Games started the color separation off and did a retouch on the sprites and then Dampir went in and did another retouch on the sprites with additional color separation. Dope indeed. Now all kinds of palettes can be made. Anyway, welp its go time guys.

Sorry you feel that way man, but my personal life comes before any of this. Every time since then I've delivered back to back releases with constant updates and everything. Not to mention there were things I had to work out with the SFF with that particular character. And Ray literally has 2 Lvl3s and A.I. left until completion

Nice! Sorry for asking it here, but do you have a specific method to take a specific color and put it into character palette ?
Exemple : taking eye color from a reference and put this color to replace the eye color of a character.
My method is to copy past the value, and it makes the process very tedious and long. (particularly with CS characters nowadays... I feel very slow compared to early mugen times...)
In FF with the Advanced Palette editor. I usually eye-color a certain area then select the colors tied to that area and apply them to the desired CS area.
The Fireball (Big Tornado) should be more blue but nice one.
