Title: v0.8 to v0.9 glitch and gameplay fixes

Same idea as the 0.75 to 0.8 topic.  Won't be as thorough though, since I haven't been keeping as good a track this time around.

Bug/Gameplay fixes:

- All characters except Raiden and Rock have their Mary Arm and Leg snap animations
- New gethit sprite created for Mary's special throw
- New gethit sprite created for Clark's DM throw
- AI glitch for Rock (passing through floors) fixed
- AI glitch for Adel's punch throw fixed
- Head Pos x,y fixed for all characters for Mary and Shermie's new throws
- Mai gains new anti-air Ninja Bees special.  Burning Mai moved to DM and Air DM becomes SDM
- Joe regains Golden Tiger Kick and lose DM version of Exploder punch
- Mai's firetail has new timing variations between weak and strong
- Athena's absorb recovery time reduced
- Jenet's Strong Harrier has its invincibility reduced for balance
- Athena and Robert's kick throws fixed to give selfstates to opponents when completed
- Airthrow whiff velocities fixed for all characters
- Helper fixes for Kyo, Saisyu, K' and Kula, switching them to projectiles so they cannot be countered.
- Some characters where missing sprites like Krauser and Vice.  Sprites added.
- Robert's DM Ranbuu start up time fixed.  Was too slow.
- Fixed Kasumi and Athena's hit spark issues with Psycho sword and kasanete
- Athena invincibility adjusted for strong Psycho sword

Features:

- Upgraded to Mugen RC8
- Iori gains new music ('98 theme)
- Yamazaki gains new stage
- Saisyu gains new music ('98 Masters theme)
- Credits updated.  New cast and crew added
- Select screen updated to accommodate for new cast
- New HSDM special KO screen

Cosmetic:

- Joe has a new taunt
- Joe and Andy have a new special intro
- Andy has a new jump in intro
- Lifebar portrait for Nameless and Chizuru fixed
- New special intro for Kula and Angel
- Special intro removed form Krizalid and Nameless
- Saisyu has 4th victory pose
- Kim's weak haki kyaku shockwave changed
- Mature was missing a gethit sprite.  Sprite given.
- Raiden's dropkick effect for his rush DM removed.

More coming most likely...

Bad news.  Hitoverride doesn't fix the bind glitch with trapshot etc...  I'll try something else (root related in p2 state).  Haven't seen any clones lately, so I'm assuming that one worked.
