i just wanted a good shingo and k9999(i also dont care for shingo either) for fighting style collection purposes, my main needs area good goenitz and nameless, so it still works out great xD,

But there's something I was thinking about. Maybe I should work on the chars that already have CS, or the CS is already in process, you're planning on CSing Leona right?

Yes I am. And your idea for waiting for CSes is cool, but a patch can be made easily. I don't think that waiting for CSes should prevent you from making your characters. Just make the character and then some like me or Girad, I think that's right, can make a patch for the character's SFF. But it's honestly up to you. ^^
Btw, where you did Dampir's CvS styled sprites for K' from?
