UPDATE:

Swordman, ELK Attack Ship, and Liam the Pear have all been found.

I'm looking for an offline character called "The Throwinatr" (also known as just "Natr") by Monkey-Mugen. I found an offline link for it here:

Yes, I know it's bad, but I have pretty low standards and I like digging up these sorts of rare oddities.

Any help at all would be appreciated.

New request: I posted this character's image in the "What is the name of" thread and I believe I identified it as "Nameless Swordsman" (名無しの剣士) created by White Hair Knight.

I found the link for the character, but once again, as of usual, it's offline.

Have you tried to search in Wayback Machine?? You can search the archived websites there and find the downloads you need. Actually there're various websites archived there with download working, like Mugenchina, for example. Try to look the websites you look and then find the download link

Yup, that's how I found the original download links to begin with (I just used the original links for the thread post for some reason). The problem is that the Archive unfortunately didn't crawl either of those downloads in time (both of those links were crawled only after they were purged from the site itself, so it just redirects you to a "not found" page).

My hopes are to find somebody that might happen to already have these characters and also be generous enough to send them over (although, since they're so obscure, that may be a challenge).

Also looking for Klonoa by Sordane and Liam the Pear by AndrewColonico. Not sure where the former was hosted, and the latter was originally on esnips which went down along with all of its downloads.....

Has anyone heard of this character "Donut Headed Homer"? Not sure who made it (supposedly the author just kept the name as "Elecbyte"), but there's a video with it here:
