This time I bring several different styled KHH, which one is your favor?
My favourite is Gohan's Chou KHH.

I don't like any of those beams tbh. and, vegeta's final flash beam, IS the beam in goku and cell.

I'm not a fan of 60-90 framed fx anims

no more beam talk please or else I'll have  the comments removed, as you are now talking in circles.

I did not recognize because:1, you changed the color; 2, vegeta's is air to land attack!

- The command for Death Beam isn´t the correct one in the readme. The correct input is QCBx2+P
- May to explain the rising tackle command... what is RDP?? :P
- The bison pal reveals a problem with the small portrait in the mouth. What color you used for that?? Better stick with the skintones.
- Cell stomp is kind of uninspiring, he could kick his opponent head or something as a follow-up. It will fit IMO.

- read the HTML read me. not the notepad one it's older also RDP is reverse dragon punch
- umm I don't even think the small portrait shares the palette with the main pal
- Cell stomp is just bison's head stomp, I didn't add anything else because he's already pretty stocked with moves. Giving him an 8th is a little too much.

what mugen are you using? It doesn't change on mine. And yea thats really off. I didn't fiddle with the small portrait at all.

yea. weird, he has SSFV2 too. So I dunno why that's bogging out. ah well. feel free to fix it and send it to me, I'll put it in the update.

edit- yea 1.1 doesn't ever share palette options with the sprites. but I'll still put it in the update if anyone wants to fix it.

one big problem about this character:

Whenever he does his zanzouken attack against sephiroth by akira, it crashes, it could be sephiroth's problem or something or he doesn't have a getting hit by knockback animation

it's the other character, it has happened before in Z2 goku or vegeta. It was on their end and not on cell.
