From what I played he's more Real Bout esque? Maybe closer to Real Bout Dominated Mind or something. I'll say he's certainly the most unique Krauser i've come across. Props to Ahuron for this one.

From what I can gather whenever the Kaiser wave he shoots hits someone something gets stronger or he gets a move unlocked. Like a slowly building level system. At Level 5 he gets access to an instant kill move that's......you need to see it for yourself.
