another kof edit, let's see what she got......

.....
she's not that bad, especially the super-cancels make her worthy, but please give feedback, too.
Especially the ones, who know how to code.

First Kula edit of the year,he?

Hm,the concept is good, voices and that, she's fun to play, but, she haves some mayor problems:

-She's too fast,
-You can land a 6 hits combo just doing crouch low punch/kick
-The AI, god, if she grabs you in a corner, she rapes you
-Some CLSN's are not well aligned

and that's most of the stuff I noticed

You know, I thought you meant that it didn't do anything when you said that. I WAS WRONG. OH SO WRONG.

But aside from that, this character's pretty good, Maxxilos and Sacchin's (very true and valid) complaints aside...I took a look at the CNS, though--it could just be me, but it's scary in there. Sometimes I wonder how guys like this make functioning characters when the states are written like that....

Well, P-tan makes some beastly AI Patches, so I'd expect that from the character.

Fury Cat Kula with some Angel influence.
Well, the realisation isn't "so" bad, for the 30 seconds I've played with it.

Looks like a good idea and nice sptires and voice.

but hell she will corner rape and infinite you. Literally, juggle speed on her is godly and rage inducing brokeness. Hell, where the hell is air recovery? She won't lewt you with her godly cooldown time of nothing.

nice concept...poor execution.

Well. after playing around with her for a day...I'm adding her to my roster. I really like her, even though she needs some adjustments.

The biggest issue for me is her moves do a little too much damage (although she's modeled after KoF style of gameplay which typically is more damaging than the usual CvS style characters out there). That coupled with her ability to chain an insane number of attacks together means that you can shave off 50%+ of your opponent's life with only one super level. Also the stun time of some of her attacks seems too long. Just to illustrate, she was hitting me with a combo when one of my projectiles struck her. She then recovered from the hit and resumed her combo before I had even recovered from her attacks.

She's a nice character all around despite being yet ANOTHER Kula edit. Ptan's AI patches are infamous for there difficulty so its no surprise she's a bitch and a half to beat (although I did notice her 30+ hit, 75% damaging combo chain ends with a super that activates even if she has no power level...). With some nerfing and fixes, she'll make a great addition.

well there is a lot of things that need to be fixed , balance issues
and i think that this char is based on ahuron's creations, similar(same?) code
but she is not that hard ,i had a nice time fighting her with mouser's terry

Rough translation from the "Reed Me":
Quote
2010.01.22 Physical strength decreased. Heat takes care of itself a little more, too. Other small adjustments.

2010.01.23 A bug fixed. That and the additional text adjust it a little, too. Apologies to the essential person I had forgotten.

Good to see he's toning down her damage, which was my main issue (also noticed he decreased her life and added an extra moan when she gets hit with combos). He still needs to fix some of the CLSN boxes, especially her jumping HP which is ridiculous.

2010.01.26 Intro slightly enhanced. Strength further degraded. Jump strong punch a bit weakened.

Looking at the AIR, I see the clsn on her jumping HP has been vastly improved. Overall she feels MUCH more balanced than her initial release. This is definitely one of the better Kula edits out there.

There you go.

Also a char does not need projectiles to be good. Dragon Claw does this well.

Feedback:
Love the new random "Pussycat" logo you got here, very playful.

Her stance is still stiff in my mind, but it looks like you're adding and redoing animations, Kudos.

Her AI feels like it's been toned down a bit, then again maybe I'm just getting better lol

Have you thought about darkening the dust cloud during her cat-fight super? it would definitely make it look less Capcom-ish. SNK uses more light/shadow driven images, then framed in cartoon animation...I'll show you what I mean later if you want.

The new sound clip made me 'LOL' she's cute, even when she's taking a beating it seems  ;P

Over all, I see this is clearly not a 'cut and run' job you're doing here, and I wish you all the best.

Keep rollin bro  :sugoi:

It's just now that i've noticed, her hidden DM/Super Move is very much like Shakushi, a move by Capt. Claw/Kuro from One Piece...

If you read the comments thus far, many have outlined her issues.
I see the problems as well, I've left suggestions on what can be done and offered my assistance. I just did so in a respectful manner.
Saying--"She sucks"--"She's tollaly broken"---"not worth anyone's time" and "I hate Kula clones" whist foaming at the mouth wont do anyone any good.

Patience my friends. There's no reason to "dog-pile" the dude when he is clearly working on her.

What I really don't understand is that if all these people making these oh so creative KOF edits are gonna use the exact same normals as the base characters (K',Kula, etc.) why don't they just look at the base character's hitboxes and use them for reference.

I tried looking at the red clsn boxes, some are bigger and some are smaller than the blue hit boxes.
Or is their a much proper way of doing it?
I'm thinking of creating a character too...

having a bigger red CLSN resaults in infinte priority mini pokes

OH THE HUMANITY D.

That's why both should have the same size, right?
Or should the red ones be smaller than the blue ones?
Nope, it ends on decent priority.
sweet jesus, i compleatly misread that. my bad

Then it also includes priority on the coding too, the one where you choose from 0 to 7?...

I think the update gave her the Neo Max. The move is quite cool, though I really hate her voice.
