Any joke can be funny to the right people at the right time. But when seven hundred thousand or so people are making the exact same joke at the exact same time it sounds less like a punchline and the more like whatever the most irritating sound you can imagine is because this metaphor kind of got away from me and I can't think of an end for it.

So for those of you who were following me, I finally got my Gamera 3 Blu-Ray fixed. The subtitles are fully working, and although there are some Engrish moments, I am very happy with the result, and thankful that I don't have to sit through bad dubbing for a great movie.Great start to a weekend of surgery recovery
I need to find an alloy that is much stronger than steel.Steel is proving to be too brittle for my bike axles... I had to replace the back axle last September because it was broken, and today, after getting a flat tire, I have found out that the new axle has been broken for at least 3 months...Stupid brittle and weak stuff.
