KOF Character Project Thread (Currently working on: Angel)

I'm not good with intros so here goes.
I'm trying to remake certain KOF characters with a unique style that's heavy on combos. This is mostly practice for me as I'm a newbie.
I'm currently working on Angel.
(excuse the color shifting shoes. I'm in the process of color-separating them)

I like this idea.

BTW I'm pretty sure some of the mugen KOF Angel have a full CS with various colors.
I cannot confirm wich version it is.

Hey! I've actually just decided to get back to it! I'm a bit rusty though and dont know the exact direction im taking this, all I know is that i want it to be combo based fluid gameplay. Each character will have some sort of unique mechanic that's essential for their combos, for Angel it is her teleport. I'm trying to keep characters thematically accurate but i dont mind betraying their original gameplay style.
I've also decided to work on another character simultaneously as i figure out what im doing.
Jenet's "unique" combo mechanic is her ability to dash.

This helps her link special moves together to maximize her damage output.
