Your eyes are not deceiving you
I am recreating, The God, The Myth, The Legend himself, Astolfo
This is what I got of him so far, and is the first character I am hoping of making. If I continue with this, I feel as though It is going to be a BIG project for me.
I'm looking for critiques before I invest too much into it. Is this art style ok? Should I increase/decrease the resolution/size? Are the colors fitting? Looking for anything that could help me out :P
(The larger image is scaled by about 6. The original is about 101X147 with a 4 pixel buffer of empty space around him)

Nice sprite work.

The legs looking abit weird on its ratio...

I wonder if maybe a larger/longer legs and shorter body ratio maybe better for the char design as "she" has a cutsy  face

If you check my most recent post I updated the Sprite a lot and added animation. Do they still look short in there?
