A thought: as you finish the cleaning process on your lifebars, you may want to think about implementing a visible win counter for the round(s). Although the number at the top of the lifebar is nice, it is a bit counterintuitive, and I found myself getting a bit confused at how many rounds were won/remaining in the heat of the moment. I can only imagine this would increase while actually playing the match.

Just something to consider.

i have it say how many rounds you win at the top of the bars next to the cpu level when you win rounds, maybe if i shorten the cpu level text to say CPU lvl 8 and then maybe make the 1 win icon a bit bigger it might look better. Do you guys think i should remove the cpu thing and just have wins and challenger at the top, maybe i could have it pop up at the start of the round then fade away just leaving the other stuff at the top

I love the cpu level and overall layout how it was, don't get me wrong. I was merely suggesting adding some sort of small icon to indicate the number of rounds won. Nothing fancy, but a bit more traditional for an interface.

I definitely say keep the cpu indicator, shit's dope.

I've said before that I want custom sprites made for this project and one of the ways I want new sprite sheets is by converting the KOFXIII styled sprites down to a CVS size and proportion.  It took 2hrs or so but I finally got one character converted and resized.  This time it was Nest Kyo.  There is a problem that arises from this technique though.  When you down scale the sprites you loose details that make the sprites look clean.  I've shown before that it can be done but I don't have the time to do the cleaning of each character so I'm hoping someone out there can clean up the converted sprites so we can use them to make new characters for this mugen.  It was nice doing sprites again though since that is where I started way back here on mugenguild.

Here is what it should look like when done

Here is the sprite sheet that I converted

Found three KoF XIII sheets. Anyone want to give it a go,  be my guest:

Terry Bogard:

Robert Garcia:

Takuma Sakazaki:

Though I'm pretty sure that dampir made CvS Takuma sprites, I gues it wouldn't hutt to give him his XIII look in CvS form.
Credit to Southtown Express for these rips.

@EnlightendShadow: that sprite is better than anything I can make.  And 2hrs rediting? I'm surprised that you are this patient!  Great job and good luck!
