She's a witch from the anime Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

Anways I'm surprised at the fact that someone like her would be the first PMMM character converted to mugen. I want a HomuHomu!  >:(

Have to admit that my first impression was the same as Wargame-Kun, am glad is not another Kula-Clone by the way am gonna watch the anime this afternoon  :sugoi:

Your best bet is to click "[ALL]" and then CTRL+F the upload number or char name.

Combat Echizen deserves the crown for having weird moves.

On topic: She wasn't as insanely powerful as I thought she'd be.

Although I didn't make the mspaint comment, I must ask why the creator didn't use Gimp which is free and better than paint.

Because several good spriters consider :
- It's useless to have a complex interface and many tools when all you're going to do is click for a bunch of pixels (SeanAltly and walt should be able to back me up on this one).
- Because you have to DL and install Gimp, while Paint is already on your native Windows OS. :haw:

Gimp doesn't only work with windows.
